At South West Sports and Classics, we are committed to offering quality used vehicles and a professional level of service befitting our reputation. The following outlines our warranty and returns policy applicable to all vehicle sales unless expressly stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase.

Warranty & Returns Policy
- Every vehicle comes with a [3-month / 3,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first).
- Cover includes: Engine, Gearbox, Drivetrain, Steering system, Braking system (excl. wear parts), Essential electrical systems.
- Not covered: normal wear-and-tear (tyres, brakes, clutches, batteries, exhausts, bulbs, fluids) or cosmetic issues.
- Extended warranty options available – ask our team for details.

 

Your Right to Return
- Within 30 days: Return for a full refund if the car is not as described, of satisfactory quality.
- 30 days – 6 months: If a covered fault develops, we’ll repair or replace free of charge. If not possible, you may be entitled to a refund (less
fair usage).

 

How to Make a Claim
1. Contact us immediately if you notice an issue.
2. Return the vehicle to us for inspection or repair.

- Service the car in line with manufacturer schedules.
- Keep service records and invoices.
- Use the car responsibly (no racing, neglect, or misuse).
